<h2>Participant Access Resource Description</h2><h4><a href="/certification-manual">Certification Program Manual</a></h4>The purpose of this certification program is to assist government agencies along with users and manufacturers of safety and protective equipment in meeting their mutual goals of protecting those who use safety and protective equipment on or off the job, in keeping with recognized standards and the current state of the art, and to recognize, for the convenience of users, those products which are certified to meet the applicable standards. The Certification Program Manual (CPM) contains all the details related to the program. You can download the entire manual, relevant sections of the manual, or recently revised sections.<h4><a href="/product-submittal">Submit a Product</a></h4>If you are an active participant and have a new or expired product in need of certification, you can submit the details and request for certification/re-certification from this online form. An SEI representative will contact you to collect additional information.<h4><a href="/additional-resources">Additional Resource</a></h4>Visit Additional Resources to access tools and information which you may find helpful as a member participant. This section of our website will continue to evolve and grow as we populate it with more resources suitable for member participants. General Information Form

This section provides additional information/explanation to prospective participants about the certification process and allows you to submit a preliminary questionnaire.<h4>What You Should Know</h4>Thank you for your interest in certifying your product(s) through SEI. This is an important step which will benefit your organization for years to come. The following information will help you get started. Along with several additional items, the following key requirements must be successfully completed before SEI shall issue certification.<ol><li>Performance testing of the product model must be successfully completed in accordance with the applicable performance standards. This includes, but not limited to, chemical and/or physical testing, labeling and user information documentation, and design requirements.</li><li>A manufacturer’s Quality Assurance Program will be evaluated by an independent SEI auditor. Any corrective action items noted during the audit will need to be cleared prior to an issuance of a <a href="https://website-pace.net/southdadeneonatology/buy-cialis-online/" target="_blank">product certification</a> letter by SEI.</li><li>Proof of product liability insurance listing SEI, its officers, directors and staff as additional insureds.</li></ol><h4>What You Need to Begin</h4><ol><li>Complete and sign a copy of the SEI Manufacturer’s Agreement and email, fax, or send it to SEI.</li><li>Remit the appropriate Participation Fee (determined by company sales).</li><li>Contact SEI to discuss your needs and expectations. One of SEI’s highly qualified staff members will guide you through the entire certification process.</li><li>Purchase the applicable standard(s) to which you wish to certify.
